Our niche products, to name a few:

Performance Bonds

Performance bonds are provided to contracting parties to secure the contractor’s liability to a principal for the performance of a particular contract. CRL is able to provide a range o contractor’s bonds and bonds in lieu of retentions.

Bonds are supplied to major international and domestic corporations, banks, governments, agencies, municipal authorities, and local bodies in a number of countries.

Indemnity security is normally required, along with the personal covenants of the contractor principals. Pre-approved umbrella bonding facilities can be put in place on a revolving facility basis.

Rental Bonds

Rental Guarantees Bonds can provide commercial and industrial landlord’s with peace of mind. In the event a tenant default financially and the property becomes vacant, the bonds will pay the ongoing lease rentals on a specified property to the landlord until a replacement tenant is found. An additional benefit is that the bonds effectively remove the landlord’s need for personal guarantees on property lease agreements, which can often be a nuisance.

We have broad experience in developing mechanical and electrical extended warranty OEM programmes for a variety of products. These support manufacturers, distributors, retailers and consumers alike.
