Contract Wording

The client contracts are drafted carefully to reflect their understanding and intent with respect to placements. We monitor regulatory, legislative and judicial developments as well as industry trends to provide expert advice in designing each and every contract.

Market Security

This is an important responsibility and we need to work closely with the clients to identify quality re-insurers whose underwriting skills, financial stability and history of claims payment performance satisfies the client’s needs. CRL will monitor and evaluate re-insurer financials, operating performance and market developments; sharing relevant information with the client to help make informed, responsible reinsurance coverage decisions.

Claims

Our claims professionals work closely with the client to evaluate, present and collect reinsurance claims. Our claims experts create innovative and flexible solutions to claims-related matters especially minimizing uncollectible claim balances.
